We have 3 website design packages; ‘standard build’, ‘custom build + copy’, and ‘bespoke VIP build.
Please refer to the web design plan section above for specific prices.
For payment terms, we charge 50% up-front and 50% before launching for both ‘standard build’ and ‘custom build + copy’ plan. Depending on the scale of the ‘bespoke VIP build’ plan, we may break the fees into multiple milestones.
Yes, having a mobile-friendly website is extremely important because nowadays, over half the people access the internet over the phone. If your website isn’t mobile responsive, they’ll most likely instantly leave and go to another website that is.

[Manage For You] Website Hosting & Management Questions
‘Website edits’ are minor tweaks and updates that we can complete in under 30 minutes. These could be tasks such as 1) upload a blog post, 2) update content, 3) add new team member, 4) add a product, or 5) change color or font.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to write the blog post for you, redesign the website, add additional functionality, or do ad-hoc graphic design. We will only help you upload content prepared by you.
Unfortunately, unused ‘website edits’ do not rollover. We consider the start of the week on a Monday, so at the beginning of Monday, any leftover website edits will not rollover. If you are looking for more than 1 website edits per week, then you can upgrade to our unlimited website edits plan for $100 more per month, which comes up to $200 per month.
With the UNLIMITED monthly subsription, you can request as many ‘website edits’ as you’d like and our WordPress developers will work through your requests every business day.
If we don’t get it right the first time, don’t worry – we provide unlimited revisions too.
You’re only limited in the time it takes to complete the requests, as we’re all human, not magicians who can complete anything instantly.
Yes, all our ‘Manage for You’ plans come with CDN included already. We want to make sure your website is loaded as fast as possible.

An outdated website is detrimental to your business.
Your website is your online storefront, it represents your business, how profitable you are, and the quality of products and services expected.
Without an up-to-date, professional website, you’ll be scaring off potential customers. Even worst, you’ll be turning away higher budget customers. An outdated website will attract customers with lower budgets who are looking for low cost, low-quality services.
If you don’t want to target low budget customers, you shouldn’t have an outdated website.
For the ‘Build For You’ design plans, 50% of the agreed fees are refundable before launching your website or within 14 days of completing your on-boarding call, whichever comes first.
For the ‘Manage For You’ monthly subscription plans, you can cancel at any time, but you will need to cancel 7 days before the renewal date. So, for example, if your monthly subscription is due for renewal on the 9th, you must request your cancellation before the 6th. If the request is sent with less than 7 days left on your subscription, the service will be cancelled the following month.
